Super Hard On 20th Anniversary LE

429.00

This limited edition of 20 Super Hard Ons features a beautiful re-imagining of the original SHO design, painted by Colin Bridges on a ground of 23k gold leaf. Each pedal has a plate commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Super Hard On, with the edition number inscribed. Each is also accompanied by a vellum envelope containing a certificate of authenticity, hand printed using a Gocco press on hand-made paper, signed by Zack Vex and Colin Bridges.

This design will never be made again.

Hand painted pedals feature a lifetime warranty. Colors and details may vary.

The original SHO has been noted by some to have more sparkle.

The Original Super Hard-On circuit did not contain a protection diode. As a result, static electricity and other electrical anomalies could damage the sensitive MOSFET transistor. In this 20 year anniversary reissue, you’ll find a tiny socketed protection diode that can be removed (please put it somewhere safe) to get the sound of the original. Of course, this means your transistor will be at higher risk, so there are spares inside just like the ones from 20 years ago.
